No one knew what happened here The lightening rods, the silent tears In solitude bereft of light They spoke of wrong, they preached of right Behind the walls so plain and bare Without a thought, without a care Young minds were bent to others will To heal what some considered ill The room was ever labelled this As in their ‘truth’ should be found bliss. No matter that the damage done Could outweigh gain, it troubled none For they were in the right you see And carried out their work with glee
