In Your Arms, A Universe

by Enrico Miguel Ulep Catolico   Mar 29, 2025

I never thought love would arrive this way,
not in the quiet, nor in the storm.
Yet you stood there, steady, unshaken—
a warmth beyond the world’s cold form.

You saw the cracks they tried to hide,
mended wounds with hands so true.
Not just words, but quiet gestures—
proof that love had found its view.

So I give my life, my soul, my name,
not as a gift, but as a vow.
For in your arms, I found a universe—
and I will love you, here and now.
