You—My Reason, My Faith, My Home

by The Fallen Angel   Mar 29, 2025

You Asked Me Why I Am in Your Life

I don’t know why, but all I know is this—
Your presence feels like home, a warmth I never knew I missed.
Your gaze holds a universe where I lose and find myself,
Your voice, a melody that soothes, ignites, and melts.

Your touch—an unspoken promise, a fire and a calm,
Your love, my sanctuary, my solace, my storm.
Even your anger, fierce yet fleeting,
Teaches me patience, love without leaving.

The way we make love, the way you pull me near,
The way your eyes whisper what I ache to hear.
You don’t just hold me—you consume me whole,
You’ve taken my heart, my body, my soul.

You teach me to be better, yet love me as I am,
You see my shadows, yet never let go of my hand.
The good, the bad, the broken, the true—
I love every piece, every shade of you.

Above all, you brought me closer to my Deen,
Opening new horizons of hope unseen.
Through you, I found light, a faith so deep,
A love that guides, a soul at peace.

So why am I here? I cannot say,
But if all I have is you, I need nothing more today.
