It seems a little weird
that I'm in love with you
it's like God just sent you down

You're like an angel
sitting by my side
going through my life with me
on this long, horrible ride

you're always there to make me happy
and to make me laugh
you are there for me to cry on
when I don't pass that important test

you've been through so much with me
and when i thought love couldn't hurt
you also made me realize
that half those guys were jerks

I'd come to you crying
and you'd put me on the back
you'd look into my watery eyes
and say "I told you he was wack"

We hung out all the time
we were the best of friends
but then something hit me
and that really had to end

I started feeling different
I didn't know what to do
my heart was taking over
and I suddenly fell in love with you
