Motion

by wings.in.flight.   Jul 21, 2004

I cant do this,
its more depressing.
I want to give everything a miss,
but all i can do is watch.
The silver,
the metal.
The blade,
It runs across my wrist,
slowly.
And,
and i pray to God for the courage to go deeper,
to press harder.
The tiles turn red,
the water turns red.
And the life slowly drowns,
but no one notices.
Because,
this is just the motions.
It happens everytime,
everyday.
This is just me...

Nice write. I didn't think the ending really fit aswell as the rest of the lines did - but apart from that this was very good.
