You put thoughts in my head.

by Ashley Morris   Jul 21, 2004

You put thoughts in my head,
Told me that you were hurting me;
And I wasn't being treated fair.

You put thoughts in my head,
To make yourself feel better.
So, you could break it off.

You put thoughts in my head.
Work two jobs,
And tired all the time.

You put thoughts in my head.
I hate you for that.
But you still have my heart.

You put thoughts in my head.
I think about it and cry.
You didn't even care.

You put thoughts in my head.
Maybe you listened to what I said,
But it didn't seem to care.

You put thoughts in my head.
Just wanted to make yourself feel better.
And think that you made me happier.

You just made me sadder.
Just made me madder.
And I hate myself.

You put thoughts in my head.
Hoping it was better for me and you.
But I just got hurt.

I'm so sorry, sweetie! This is a good, but sad poem.
    Love you lots!
