it was like an unwritten rule

friends don't fall in love
they hang out and tell each other stuff
all these emotions inside
made me wanna run and hide

I looked at you and saw my best friend
but also feelings that could've brought that to an end
I know now, you don't feel the same way
every time i looked into your eyes, you looked away

i really hope that what we have neva ends

i met another guy, hes great
but maybe i was born a little too late
hes older by a lot
maybe well b together one day, NOT!

its kinda depressing how each
guy i meet is out of reach
it makes me feel like screaming,
like maybe life has no meaning

but suicides not the way to go
don't u worry, i know
i guess I'm happy with our friendship
and thats it, thats the end of it
