Dark of My Past...

All of my dreams are scattered around.
My innocence is lost and may never be found.

You have taken all these things from me.
And I let you because I was too blind to see.

But my eyes have been opened and my vision is clear.
I am now stronger and have nothing to fear.

I won't ever let you stand in my way.
And I'll ignore all the hateful things you say.

I'll rebuild my dreams with someone new.
And maybe I'll find some innocence too.
