Silent tears

You see me smile
you see me laugh
but no one sees how much i really hurt
on the inside
I'm broken, shattered into pieces
i lay at night and cry these silent tears
them streaming down my face
for who knows how long
being unnoticed and unheard
these silent tears are here to comfort me
every night that I'm alone
until i fall asleep
then light is here once more
and u see me smile
you see me laugh
but you will never see these silent tears i cry
and thats the way i want it to be
