Young Girl of Sixteen

by Ducky Ramone   Jul 26, 2004

There is a young girl of sixteen,
never thought she'd know what love would mean,
she met someone who thought loved her,
but she wasn't so sure,
young girl of sixteen thought she had it all,
until she took the fall,
this boy took her heart,
and ripped it apart,
this boy she thought she could trust,
but all he did was make her turn to dust,
young girl of sixteen thought this boy was true,
young girl of sixteen thought they would stick together like glue,
pain and hurt is all she feels,
this boy is waiting for hearts to break and hearts to steal,
people who read this poem probably can see,
that this young girl of sixteen is me
