Life Sucks and Love Hurts

If love is meant to be,
Then why weren't you and me,
If life is supposed to be happy,
Why did it turn out so crappy,

If you told me that you loved me and that you cared,
Then why weren't you there when I was scared,
If you told me that you loved me and that you would always be there,
Then why did you have to be so unfair,

I thought our love was true,
I guess I was wrong, because it was my best friend you had to screw,
And when she came up to me and told me about the news,
I new my life was over because it was our love you had to abuse,

I guess that is it for us our love is toast,
I guess this is when life hurts the most,
When your 2 best friends turn away,
I guess this is life but I'll never forget that day...
