Seeds of life

by jarrod   Jul 27, 2004

Life is daculate
an empty container
floating amongst are seeds
seeds of joy and seeds of evil

seeds of love and seeds of depression
seeds of deceit and seeds of truth
each seed can be taken
each seed can be planted

but one bad seed in the mix
one bad plague will condemn
pick each seed alone
pick each seed to count

for eventually you will pick
the wrongest of all seeds
the last seed of seeds
and then you will have a broken container

a container which wont hold seeds

man i suck writing poems at midnight

WRONG! you do not suck at midnight or any other time, for that matter! this is nice. excellent analogy. life & seeds. we are what we "grow". and green thumbs can be very hard to come by! i think we focus too much on the evil and the negative. it's easier, it seems. the good and the blessings we encounter are too often taken for granted. we are all flawed. we need to fertilize the good seeds- to encourage growth, and douse the bad ones with weed-b-gone or something. i'm rambling. sorry. i dig (no pun intended :) this poem. jarrod ROCKS! 5. -beav
