I have no sympathy left inside
I can no longer cry for your pain
Now I must face my own battles
Otherwise I will surely go insane

I have caught all of your tears
But you have not caught one of mine
I tried to pretend it did not matter
But now I have to draw the line

You always have big problems
So I listen and I try to reassure
But when things go wrong for me
You never help me find a cure

I have depression and phobias
While you just have some bad days
You tell others my biggest secrets
And never give me any praise

I really cannot call you a friend
Because I really don’t think you are
I wish I did have someone there
Someone who is a shining star

Instead of having a one way friend
I would much rather just be alone
I wish you luck and happiness in life
But our friendship has been blown

    that is and exellent poem good job, i feel the exact same way i was friends with this girl for almost a year and she said that i was her best friend, but realy she didn't even know what that word meant. she was two faced, talked about me behind my back and said thing bull shit things to the love of my life. I just don't have time for people like that anymore. Were both better of alone. Than having someone back stab you, why should we even bother. There is better people out there it's just a little hard to find. Feel free to messege me back if you want to talk more
