To anyone who reads this: I know this poem isn't the greatest I have ever written but, to me, this is one of the pieces that touches closer to me than any other. I wrote this poem about my first love and the feelings and emotions I was going through at the moment. It was one the toughest things I have ever done in asking her out. Even though it didn't work out with us, I wouldn't change a second of that time. Having the butterflies and having my words not come out right. That is what love will do to you. I really hope I get to feel that way again. Anyways, Thanks for reading and hope you find your happiness as I am looking for mine.
