I MET HER IN PHILLY

I MET HER IN PHILLY

I met her in Philly, and she looked so good,
I wanted to kiss her right where she stood,
she looked so pretty and sexy to me,
I wanted to keep her for eternity,
she had eyes that were bluer than blue,
and a heart that was beating so true,
her hair it was golden, her voice had a ring,
to her I'm beholden for everything,
each breath that I'm taking, I'm taking for her,
I know that I love her, and that is for sure,
if only she loved me, like I want her to,
we would stay with each other, till this life is thru
and then up in heaven,by god's great throne,
that is where we, would make our last home
we brought up our children as good parents will,
hearing their laughter was such a thrill,
to know they have come thru, the love that we share,
and knowing that love will always be there,
so that day in Philly was important u see,
it founded our future forever to be,
it proved love will find you, even in montana too,
but im glad it was Philly, the place I met you.
