Crimson Loathe

by Brandon Evans   Jul 31, 2004

Call unto me my angel in despair
I will release you from your pain
Screams be silenced, tears be dried
Grief falls away, through crimson rain

Tell me what makes you uneasy
Your trust, I'll never betray
Let me be your comforting friend
Our bonds will never decay

They don't understand you
They don't want to know
Cries for help fall on deaf ears
No interest will they ever show

Backs have been turned to you
Friends and family alike
"Your problems, not ours", they reply
Delivering your heart's final strike

No one left to turn to
Except your shiny friend
I'll never walk away from you
I'll be there till the end

Use my edge to take away yours
I'll cleanse you of your strife
Let your blood run down my lips
I'll free you, for I am your knife
