Summer's Turn

by Jordan   Aug 1, 2004

Summer love, it had to end;
he went home : old grlfriend.

He said, "don`t write meh,"
"mah parents object,"
"they don`t want me with a north east coast chicc"

"it`z not cuzza them,"
simply he said;
"it's someone else,"
words left me cryin in bed.

"Your too young,"
his mouth seemed to say;
a year and 2 months, not so far away.

"I love you!"
i cried;
as his plane took off.

He yelled,
"No you don`t! Now stop it just stop!"

I showed up tha next day,
the day of mah birth;
with a suitcase in hand,
walked into his house,
sat by tha hearth.

I slept in his bed and washed in his shower;
kissed him goodnyte on tha midnyte hour.

My last nyte therre,
i lay down to rest;
he puts his arms around me,
his hands on mah b*east.

I turned over and kissed him,
and whispered to say ...

"Now your the one who's summer love got away ... "
