Difference In The Same

by Robyn Park   Aug 2, 2004

You have everything you could possibly want
But nothing that you need
I have nothing that I want
But everything I could need
We are two totally different people
With the same need to be set free
We fight a war against ourselves
Wishing, begging to be someone else
You aren't happy?
Well neither am I
Thats why we sit alone
Thats why we always cry
Neither of us feel like we belong
We sing the same sad song
We walk the same empty road
But our song has already been told
We'll never be who or what we want
Sooner or later we'll be forgot
You and I cannot change
When its boiled down
We're just another name
Another face in a lonely crowd
But it wont matter years from now
