The Man

by Tyler   Aug 2, 2004

Note-More of a story
just wanted to try something different...

His black mantel blew in the wind.
From under his cloak a black knife flashed.
As he held a gun in his hand.
Half his face was covered in darkness,
as he sits in the corner of the room.
He sat perfectly still, Focusing...
On what must have been a terrible sight.
The look of malice,
And pure evil lay upon his face.
He uncovered his gun...
The room finally noticing the man,
Looked at him in disbelief.
The Malice look on his face
turned into a gentile smile
as he raised the gun to his mouth.
He placed the cold, black barrel
in his mouth. A tear ran down his face.
He pulled the trigger...
*Click*
The man chuckled,
"To think... you have ignored me For so long...
i only wished i could laugh among you..."
He pulled the trigger again.
Blood splattered onto the chair,
on which he sat, unnoticed,
every day for years.
The gun still clenched he collapsed.
His head smacking against the ground.
As the people gathered around him,
To gaze upon the agony they inflicted.

Different, but brilliant. I loved how even though it didn't rhyme, it flowed really well. Awesome. Keep it up
