Again

by Mild insomnia   Aug 3, 2004

This conversation's getting old,
I'm getting tired of being told.
What to do, what to say,
How to make it... your way.
And sometimes I wonder...
If I can pull my self from under,
Underneath all your lies,
And I'll start a new life... again.
(again... again)

Been caught in web before,
I won't take it no more.
It's been too hard to try,
And I'm weaker each time...
Like the sand to the sea,
You're taking love from me... again.
(again... again)

Feels colder each night,
Darkness, where it was light.
Like an old ball and chain,
You've a hold on me... again... again.
(again)

As the devil corrupts,
You have now gained my trust... again.
(again... again)

Now it's harder to breathe,
To struggle or break free... again.
(again... again,again... again)
