My Pains Concept

by Issiac Barnes   Apr 3, 2003

My Concept of pain is my fathers rage
The fact that he was once insane
He did things wrong to me and my brother
Just because we wanted our mother
I look up at my mother, the woman I love
She taught me the true meaning of not holding a grudge
But what does that mean!? Does it mean stop living the past
Or put upon the table, a water of glass
But when that glass hits the floor, there is mass destruction
That even the oldest man can barely even fuction
How can he bend down to pick up the broken pieces
It's not as easy as ironing pans into creases
But in the beginning God created Adam and Eve
But when they turned their backs on him, didn't they plead
Were they forgiven for all there sins
Or was there really diobolical stress at the end
See, my life is some what of a childs game
I'm only human and my heart, someday... someone will claim
Listen closely, but watch each step
But until then, this is My Pains Concept
