Sometimes I swear you're right beside me just like you always used to be.
I get these soft, warm feelings and I know you're there with me.
Other times I feel so lonely, you're gone and I'm all alone.
I feel empty and I feel my world closing in.
Where are you know my long lost friend?

So I sit down and I cry. Too much time is passing by.
You meant so much, it can't be true you're gone.
I can't see it, won't believe it, I can still feel your presence so strong.
And I know you're still here, even though you can't be near.

Please tell me it's not true, I can't stop loving you.
Your pretty smile, it drove everyone wild.
Every day I miss you more.
I know my heart is torn.
Is this a dream, or is it true?
I don't want to say goodbye, no, not to you.
