Shadow

A little girl dreams alone
Sits in bed and cries
Afraid to answer the phone
I know this girl tries

this Girl must not know
there's some place she can go
to feel safe,and be happy
but yet she sits,never laughing

A girl without a smile on
No person to say good night to
shes confused,why have they gone
No one to tell her its alright

a girl that hides from the world
She doesn't speak a word
Yet She says everything
And this cannot be heard

Give this girl a reason
to stand out in the crowd
Someone to make her smile
Make her very proud

For this girl has became me
Yet her shadow sits alone
Now she knows who to be
She finally has a home
