Why?

Why is it that your best friends are the ones that always make you cry?
When they say they love you,
and then make you feel like you want to die.

Why is it that when something goes bad it is always your fault,
and your best friend give you all the blame?
Why is it that the ones you love most can bring you the biggest shame.

Why is it that they can easily break your heart,
by tearing it, and ripping it apart.
When the ones you love are supposed to be with you through thick and thin,
who've been to all the places you've been.

They say that they will always be there for you, be your guiding light.
Then when you really need them they are no where in sight.

Why is it that the only one who can make you stop crying,
is the only who made you cry?
Why is it that instead of "I love you,"
In the end...it's goodbye.
