Anorexic

by Jacqueline Rose   Aug 7, 2004

I am tiny,
small as can be,
girls often wonder why they aren't as small as me.

I am weak,
my hair is brittle,
a little more falls out every day,
you can see my bones through my skin.

I don't eat,
and when i do sleep i often dream of food,
i only weigh 98 lbs.,
and i lose a little more every day.

I am tiny,
small as can be,
i often wonder why most girls aren't Anorexic like me?

I thought your poem, was very true, I once became anorexic, and I still am trying to come over it but, It is very true. I thought your poem was very good, well thought out as well. If you could please read some of my poems. Such as Just listen, I miss You mom, Looking in eyes, etc. I would like it if you could comment on them, and get other people too. But, yeah I did think that your poem was very good. I hope that this doesn't really relate to yourself, being anorexic and all. If it is I hope you recover safely. Keep up the writing.
