What is luck?
A penny found face up,
Or the one hundred dollars in the park?

What is love?
An emotion felt by most,
And feared by some?

What is fear?
The monster under the bed,
Or being along?

How do you count time?
The time apart,
Or the time together?

What is life?
A roller coaster ride,
Or the days spent with friends?

Meeting you was my luck.
Being loved is my fear.
