All You Could Be

by Nobrainy_duh   Aug 10, 2004

You say life's not worth it,
That all you want is for it to end,
That nobody cares, much less love's you,
I hope you know, I'm still your friend,

It kills me inside to see you hurting,
To see you bare the load you bare,
I want so much to reach out to you,
To extend my hand and show I care,

You've been through too much,
And now carry so much baggage,
It's not easy to put down,
So instead you carry a heavy package,

Don't you know there's still hope?
A brighter future in store for you,
Just keep on following Christ,
And He will help you push on through,

All I can say is you're in my prayers,
That I'm here if you need me,
Just please don't kill yourself,
You have no idea what all you could be.
