Happiness isn't everything right?

Sometimes things don't
always go your way.
Sometimes you just want
to hide away.

Life never treats you fairly
or so it seems.
You're so sick of everyone
telling you it will get better,
you'll see.
You have been down this
road before.

Foolishly thought you had
closed that door at last.
Locked it away in the past.
Now but a fragment of what
you used to be.

You don't remember what it
is like to be happy.
So you don't think you're
missing out on much...
Why yearn for something
you can't remember.
Something you can never
really touch..
Happiness isn't everything
right?

You have gone without it this
long.
Why not try to forget that you
need it just a while longer.

No longer strong like everyone
thinks you to be.
You jus want to give up.
End the life your enduring.
But know that today isn't the
day, to throw all your pain
enduring away.
