I didn't know I could have
two best friends,
but then you came along.
At first I thought I
could only have one,
but soon found I was wrong.
When we did first meet,
we really weren't attached.
Our interests were so different,
our personalities didn't match.
But then something
began to change,
When I was around you.
You showed me how to
laugh and relax,
before I had no clue.
I'm less up tight,
and have more fun,
now that you are here.
You help me with my problems,
and you listen to my fears.
Anyone can do this,
it's really not that hard.
But you are always there for me,
never letting down your guard.
I have some other friends,
and yes of course, they are nice.
But you help me through everything,
always ready with advice.
I sincerely want to thank you,
all on your behalf,
for the many sleepovers,
talks and jokes,
and for the never ending laughs!
I only hope some day,
I can repay for what you've done.
But this will be quite difficult,
because your are second to none!!!!
This is to my best friend Katy. For the past 3 years, she has been there for me more than anybody else. I didn't think it was possible to have more than one best friend until I met her. I hope we stay friends for a very long time!! Love you so much girl!!!
