I have this urge…
This urge I cant resist
This urge that makes me want to feel
This blade up against my wrist

Its like I need it to live
And to maybe someday die
Its just I cant take it anymore
Ive tried to stop…ive really tried

God this pain I feel in my stomach
It has me itching to just slice my skin
I really wish I didn't start in the first place
Maybe the pain will go away if I drink some gin

This pain … I cant take it
Its driving me nuts
I just want to scratch up my arm
With my fingernails … just to make some cuts

This feeling I get
It just wont go away
No matter how hard I try
No matter what they all say

I just really need that razor
Calmly pressing against my wrist
Because when it is there pressing
I feel this uncontrollable … bliss

    this is really good, i give u a 5 and much deserved! I really knoiw how you feel. These types of poems really let other ppl see why some mines are twisted, and how we think....you should readmy poem "anorexia hear my cry" it kinda lets ppl see an anorexia point of view like this one of yours does with cutting. It is very close to my heart and i would appreciate it if u voted and commented on what u think. Thanks.
