People Like You

Do you think I'm faking
the person that I am?
Do you think I'm an act
or some made up plan??

I tell you this is me
and that I'm very real.
I show the person I am
by the way that I feel!

The clothes that I wear
expresses the me.
This I understand
but you can't seem to see.

I play by the rules
while you always break them.
You make fun of my ways
which makes me feel forsaken.

I know that I am different
but you are different too.
You are different from me
by how you act the way you do.

Its people like you
that makes everyone sad.
Its people like you
which makes me very mad.

Why do you judge others
when your the one to compare.
Your heart is full of hate
and shaped with dispair.
