This was a real touching poem. You are right. I never thought it would happen to me, at least not by my cousin!!! I got over the fact that it wasn't my fault and now I try and make sure my freinds and people I know, at least the ones who have stuck by me, stay safe. I spoke out against my cousin and in turn my two cousins, his younger sisters, said that he did the same thing to them. So by speaking up you help yourself and sometimes others. Thank you for writing this poem. It was great!!

Good point made..As a matter of fact I just wrote a poem and it had to do with my best friends dad..he was like my second dad and I trusted him so well he sexually abused me and when I figured it out I started acting weird around him and he but off..still there have been other instantces where I have been sexually abused...Nice write. >3jess
