A Music Box

by Andrea   Aug 15, 2004

Something happened that I regret
I wish I could just freeze time
And replay all the reminiscences
I had with you,
because time went by so fast.
So fast that I never
got a chance to
tell you how I really felt.
Now here I am trapped in a music box,
that was left open with all our memories exposed.
Music left on for the time to oversee.
I laugh when I think of all the
good times we've had.
Just listening to our song
makes me want to cry.
When I look to the place where we'd meet,
it makes me miss you even more.
I can't get over you.
You’re my one and only.
I can't get you out of my thoughts.
I don't want to close the
Music box.
that’s like locking all of our
Precious memories,
and wasting such an ideal love
That I never want to forget.
