Love Me For Me

by Perfectly Unperfect   Aug 16, 2004

You looked beyond my crooked teeth
My slightly crossed eyes
My size nine feet
Beyond my tummy, small breasts, big nose
My manly hands, large thighs, long toes
You looked right through the image in the mirror
Passed the make-up on my face
Passed the clothes I wear
For once in my life
You saw what's inside
Examined, acknowledged, and analyzed
But still it seems you did not like what you saw
I guess inside I still have some flaws
So again I wait for someone to look inside me
To see passed all my mistakes
And just love me for me
