I Found A Reason

From the first time I saw you
You were all I could see
An Angel in my eyes
To perfect for me

I could never become
What I needed to be
To give you what you deserve
So that you could be happy

So I excepted my faults
Excepted who I am
I knew I had to change
From the moment we began

I needed to change
From who I used to be
Become what you deserve
Change everything I have in Me

I had found a reason
To start my life new
And Angel you should know
That reason was you

I'll probably never become
What I need to be
But Angel I'll try
If only you'll let me

    hey, my ex boyfriend aka is my best friend now...i changed for him because i new it would be better if i was a different person..although i think he didn't notice...i changed not just for him but for a better life...but he was a reason to start but wasn't the reason to finish it up...that was all up to me..and sumtimes i believe that my life would be different if it weren't for meeting him....thats why i commented i wanted to say that change is sumtimes good....good luck with that gurl okay..anyways i will end it here...good poem Lys

    Another masterpiece! Well done! I LOVE your work. You're DEFINITELY going on my faves list! This poem touched me in two ways...one was the guy trying to make himself a better person so the girl would love him...and the feeling the girl must have for this guy to be doing this all for her. Great work!
