Good Friend . .

As I look back
On times we had before
I just can't take the fact
You left and walked out the door

You meant alot to me
Believe it or not
You were such a good friend
You helped me out ALOT

I don't think I ever told you
How great you really were to me
But If you were here now
I'd tell you constantly

Now I sit and think
Was I a very good friend
I mean was I always there
With a helping hang to lend

You had a smile
That lighted up every room you were in
You were so great I was jealous
& that's a sin

I didn't think
I could ever hurt this much
But I guess there's a time for everything
& now I need Gods touch

You were so great
I can't explain
& the fact your now gone
Has got me going insane

I just hope you know
That I do care
& I hope everytime you needed me
I was there ! !
