Friends

Friends from the start as we grew up together,
Saying we’d be friends forever and ever,
Some of the time we would be nasty and fight,
Other times we’d invite each other for the night.

When we stopped playing with dolls and toys,
We started talking about dating boys,
When we did we told the truth, never lied,
Always be open nothing to hide.

Friends we are and will always be,
No friend will replace you, hope the same goes towards me,
Friends forever still there to share,
All our troubles and all our cares.
