I used to stand i the corner alone
While everyone else was running round playing
I was the odd one out
With no hopes, no dreams
So they used to think
But as time went by
I grew up
And left that world behind
They wanted me to fail
They wanted me to be scared of life
And give it up
But I wouldn't
I am gonna make something of myself
I am not going to throw my life away for them
So now I walk around
With my head held high
I am proud of who I am
I have hopes and dreams
I'm glad I didn't throw my life away that day
Or I wouldn't be me...
