Two wrongs don't make a right

by Judy   Aug 22, 2004

I'm sorry that I hurt you, I really didn't mean to, but when you stuck that knife in my back, I thought I'd do the same right back to you. It's a fact that two wrongs don't make a right, but your lies and denial have broke my heart twice. If I could I just might, let you back into my life, but to let you back in without a fight would make me a fool, so we'll have our duel this very night. You've done it once and you've done it twice, now you're thinking third times a charm, but not this time. If I meant as much to you as you did to me, maybe you'd finally see, that taking advantage of someone who's there will only bring upon hate to the one who cared. Don't be the fool, don't be cruel, because you'll never win in my eternal bliss. Wondering if things will ever change, but in my mind you'll forever stay the same. Never linger on the past, but someone so horrid could always be forgiven for their mishaps. With the right intuition, we'll start off brand new, letting by gones be by gones, knowing nothings new. You haven't changed, and I know, but revenge is sweet and you'll never know.
