after your comment, i came back to revisit this one because it possesses the same sense of humor that i like.. i understand. i like it that you seem to write exactly what you are feeling.. with an honest voice. i enjoy your writing and your comments. thanks again for being so nice :)

please note.. i took your point in this poem to be a serious one.. but the voice is very human.. there is a light-hearted way about the speaker.. like a revelation is hitting her as she is speaking and she is amazed... in other words.. a glimpse of humor. :)
