Broken

by Kevin J   Aug 23, 2004

I'm clueless, you knew this, why couldn't I tell
She likes me, I love her, plus somebody else
I'm stressed out, yet can't shout, I'm sorry as hell
If I'm wrong, then she's right, about everything else
It's broken, can't fix this, I'm only to blame
Torn in two, divided, it drove me insane
My secret, not secret, I'm knee deep in shame
What I think, if you knew, you'd think me insane
It's my fault, it's like salt, poured over a wound
True love stings, I lie here, uncertainty looms
Decisions, I can't think, stare up at the moon
The answer, it's out there, awaiting it looms
My eyes spoke, her voice choked, hearts on a descent
She kissed me, I felt bad, we knew this the end
Remembrance, a tear drop, emotions were spent
It's over, we part ways, for this is the end
