Because God made the air,
we can take a breath.
Because God created heaven,
forever there's life after death.
He made water for us to drink,
and drink it, we all do.
Because the devil created sin,
God hopes that we'll be true.
God made food for us to eat,
we have to, it gives us strength.
That strength we're going to need,
to live through life's full length.
All of these are very important,
but so are other things.
There's another certain type of importance,
that only love can bring.
Because God created you,
my world is a better place.
Because you have entered my life,
I'm no longer a disgrace.
You are my strength I feed off of,
you always nourish me,
Because of you, I notice good,
you've opened my eyes to see.
There's no question in my mind,
that it's you I can always trust.
You look at me with such compassion,
with caring, and never lust.
Your what I breathe into my lungs,
pure oxygen's not enough.
Without air no one can live,
so if I lost you, it would be tough.
I only hope that you can see,
the person you've made me become.
No one else can be beside me,
your my only, your the one.
