A Day to Remember*In rememberance of 9/11*

by Katie McCullick   Aug 29, 2004

I don't know what to say,
you helped us in a special way.
We want to thank you a lot..
For our country, you fought.
Down they came with a tumble,
But you helped us all stay bold and humble.
They attacked us with hate,
but we've got you to appreciate.
That day thousands of people died.
That was the day the eagle cried.
The flags went up as the buildings came down.
All of America withheld a frown.
Who did it was no mystery.
It made the day go down in history.
Two buildings went down to the sand.
But still united we stand.
That day there was no sun.
September 11th, 2001.

Wow. Wow. Wow!! I don't know why you don't have all 5's!!!! That was beautiful and so truthful to what everyone in America felt...that should be sent to the families of the victims!! Truely beautiful! Bravo!!
