Girl i once knew

by Jaclyn   Aug 30, 2004

You pray at night,
Hoping god will make every thing alright.
You turn to me for support,
Every thing takes so much effort.
The tears sting your eyes,
Hoping every one just dies.
You cant handle it any more,
You sit and cry lying verticle on the floor.
i sit and watch you,
This cant be the girl i once knew.
I try and help you off the floor,
Crying you head for the open door.
To shocked to stop you,
I stand a side not knowing this is the last time ill ever see you .
I go to your place later that night,
just to check if your alright.
The police have to hold me back,
As some people carry you away in a large sack.
Theres not much i can do now to help you,
But greive for the girl i once knew.
