When your mind plays tricks
to make you think of the most absurd thoughts
and to block all reasoning
just to make you think its real

When your body plays tricks
and to fail when you need it most
or it walks around against your will
just to make you feel helpless

When your eyes play tricks
to make you see things that are not real
and to pull away at figures that were once there
just to keep you guessing

when your ears play tricks
to make you hear someones voice you wanted to hear
but its faint and drowned out from different noises
just to make you feel lost

when your heart plays tricks
to give you feelings of love and happiness
and to take it all away
just to make you cry and feel despair
