Dear Prince Charming

by vanessarrr   Sep 1, 2004

I hope that when I see you
And meet you the first time,
You won't be hairy like the beast
Or covered with frog's slime.

I hope that when we share a dance
We'll steal the night away.
And when the clock arrives at twelve
I might just get to stay.

I hope that when we meet at night
On a romantic set,
You'll treasure me for who I am
'Though I'm a Capulet.

I hope the when the time has come
For us to meet at last.
Forgive me for what I may do.
Forget what's in the past.

And now that all's been said and asked.
I'm here 'til it gets done.
I'll wait a million years for you.
My prince, my only one.
