I am proud to be American.

I am proud to be American, where i can be free.
I am proud to be American, where i can drink tea.
I am proud to be American, i am not forced to work.
I am proud to be American, only some people here act like jerks.
I am proud to be American, where we stand up for Jesus Christ.
I am proud to be American, we have paid our price.
I am proud to be American, where i am not beaten for what i say.
I am proud to be American, because i have rights day by day.
I am proud to be American, because everyone is equal here.
I am proud to be American, because Americans are worth a cheer.
I'm proud to be American, because we can make money in so many ways.
I'm proud to be American, because united we will stand through out the days.

This poem is dedicated to the soldiers in Iraq for making our lives peaceful, and the veterans who've done it in the past.
