Well I wrote the poem more as an anti war poem. I beleive with each choice we make we also make some decisions, or consiquences to that choice, and we all have to be held accountable for those choices. But if one has no out then one has very few choices. The goal in being is to find a way to find those with very few choices and show them their is a way out or that you have a choice to do with your life your own way. War is a bad art and it leaves only suffering I agree, but those that know no other life should be given a chance or at least the opportunity to see there is another way to life. I can't say that I agree....We are NOT as weak as the rest...We are the wealthiest because we WORKED to be the best! After 9/11, they expected us to fall, crumble and look..."United We Stand" How can you say we are weak?

well, not many people can bring justice to a political-is poem, but yours was quite readable.and again, the two first lines were sort of a hook to draw me in.

O.k I sort of agree, but i sort of don't. I mean in a way we are weak, but it is because the actions of one, and not the actions of us as a whole. Anyways that aside, the poem was well written, the descrpitive words were well chosen, and the emtion was deep. The flow was great, and the message was real, and every word seemed to be heartfelt. Again Robert, as well as I don't whole heartdly argree with you, I have to give this poem 5/5 because it deserves nothing less.
