Its what yesterday looks toward.
What our past can afford.
We take for granted most times.
This simple gift, its yours and mine.
TODAY

How your heart with each new morn.
Last night may be just another one scorned.
With the crest of the sun you start over.
Lucky we are, without that green clover.
TODAY

Take nothing too serious and everything at the same time.
See it and walk on that thin line.
Your chance at this life may not come around again soon.
Take it on now, for the daybreak does loom...
TODAY

Hold loved ones near,
Say "I love you dear."
Breathe each breath like its the last.
Whatever you desire is yours, just ask...
TODAY

-For everyone who thinks they're unlucky, and have nothing more to live for. For all the ones that need a friend...take care all!

You know, I read so many poems about downtrodden young ones or people hurt by someone they once loved...and if it weren't for each experience, we wouldn't be who we are today...
