I yearn

by Ş∂ņďħy∂   Sep 1, 2004

Like a lost traveler in the desert
Hoping to find a mirage, I yearn

Like a wretched ship lost in the deep sea
Impatient to find a shore, I yearn

Like a helpless man wanting to save
His wife affected with cancer, I yearn

Like a child lost in a big world
Eager to find its mother, I yearn

Like a new bride waiting for her soldier
To return from the war, I yearn

Like a couple making love with passion
Trying to reach exultation, I yearn

Like a woman after her first delivery
Wanting to see the baby, I yearn

I yearn and yearn to find you
I yearn to meet you, my dear love!
